Q - What does a sheet set include?
A - Our bunk/twin sizes come with a fitted sheet, your choice of traditional flat sheet or our exclusive fitted top sheet and 1 pillowcase. Our larger sizes come with 2 pillowcases.
Q - What is a Fitted Top Sheet?
A - Our exclusive Fitted Top Sheet features elastic around the foot of the top sheet to hold it in place and make bed-making easier. Specially made to fit the depth of mattress you have.
Q - What size pillowcases come with my sheet set?
A - All of our bed sizes come with standard except for our King and Short King, which include queen size. If you would like to change the size that is included with our set, please reach out to customer support.
Q - Do I need to wash my bedding before using?
A - Washing your bedding is not required before use, however, our sheets are made oversized to account for the slight, natural shrinkage that occurs after the first wash.
Q - Can I purchase just a fitted bottom sheet for my mattress?
A - Yes! We do offer fitted bottom sheets in most sizes on our website. If you do not see your size offered, please contact us.
Q - I don’t see my size listed; do you make custom bedding?
A - Absolutely! Custom sizes are our specialty! We need the width, length, and depth of the mattress. Also, please note any radius or angled corners that your mattress may have. Check out our guide for more information on how to measure your mattress.
Q - Do you offer fabric swatches?
A - We are happy to send fabric swatches. Simply contact customer support at 1-800-878-2104 for your request.
Q - How long will it take to receive my order?
A - Many of our products are in stock and ready to ship! If it is a made to order item or if an item falls out of stock, it will take 2-5 business days for it to be ready for shipping. Once the item ships, it will take 1-5 business days depending on location to arrive. See our Carrier Maps for a more accurate time in transit.
Q - Why is my credit card charged before my item ships?
A - For your security, we do not store any of your credit card information, therefore the credit card is charged when placing the order.
