Shipping
We like to keep things simple — that's why we charge $12 flat-rate shipping to anywhere in the 48 Continental United States. No surprises, no fine print. Orders ship from Cozytown (okay, our actual studio) every business day. Stock items usually head out the next day. Special orders are lovingly made to order. We ask for up to 5 business days for production — though we’re often faster. Need it sooner? Call us. If we can make it happen, we will.
Note: Delivery timelines depend on the carrier. For up-to-date estimates, we recommend checking their site directly.
Returns
We stand behind every stitch. But on the rare chance something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
If you find a defect:
Let us know right away. We’ll provide special return instructions and take care of the issue — no stress required.
Non-Personalized Items:
You may return non-personalized bedding within 30 days of purchase, as long as it’s:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In its original packaging and condition
We’ll gladly refund or replace it (excluding shipping).
Note: Because of health regulations, used or laundered bedding can’t be returned.
Personalized Items:
We create exactly what you send us — so please double-check every detail (spelling, initials, formatting). Personalized items are final sale unless there’s an error on our end. If that happens, we’ll make it right — just reach out.
Custom-Sized Items:
Same idea here: we follow your measurements exactly. Please measure carefully — custom sizes are not returnable unless there’s a mistake on our part. Questions? We’re happy to help before you order.
