For added safety, it's encased with fire retardant rayon fiber, and seamed together with Kevlar® thread. Firmness
Mattress firmness is rated on a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 being the softest and 10 the firmest. This mattress is rated a 4/10 and offers soft support. If you prefer extra firmness, extra coils can be added for a nominal upcharge.
